From Kindergarten we encourage children to enjoy books, on their own, with their friends or with the whole class at storytime. Teachers hear pupils read every day, making sure that their progress reflects their ability. It also means that learning difficulties are quickly identified and supported. Age-appropriate book collections in every class and a junior library provide plenty of choice.
